"Katie sent an email to me out of the blue asking if she could show me some rates for my car. Little did I know they had bought out my old State Farm representative's business when she retired. Her name was Marsha Trammell. I was with Marsha for almost 50 years! My rates were always the best but most of all my customer service was top notch. And if I had a wreck or a motorcycle stolen State Farm always took care of me completely. I ended up getting remarried and had stepchildren that just could not drive which increased my insurance too much. I had to check around and found Progressive. It was a horrible experience from the start. No PERSONAL service at all. No matter how many things I had insured I was just a number. I can't even explain how stupid their good driver program is where they use GPS (on your phone) to see how safe you drive to determine your rate. That means if you ride with anyone not driving the way They want you are penalized....I drive a Tesla and it automatically brakes itself in a very smooth and safe way. They showed i was hard braking every day....virtually impossible. I spoke with the progressive team and they acted like they didn't know Tesla's did that. It's called regenerative braking and they had no remedy to fix my situation. They were also stumped when I told them they were increasing my rate because i ride with other people that might hard brake. Sorry for the rant. I'm so thankful Katie checked on me when she did. I'm divorced so it's just me now and I was so ready to get back to State Farm. She beat their rate by mile and now I can rest knowing I have the best insurance company there is. And I have the best customer service with Katie. I'm going to refer everyone I know to her and I hope anyone reading this will too! Thank you Katie so much!!"
